We worked with ICA Baltimore, a pop-up contemporary arts institution, to design the promotional materials and catalog for artist Jason Meyer’s solo show, Westing.

Each poster was silkscreen printed with five different inks to achieve a halftone effect. The prints were pulled by the illustrious Lou Joseph, a Baltimore artist who directs the ICA.

We also designed the catalog for Westing using a grid of horizontal bands that reference the horizon or geological strata. The artist Skye Gilkerson wrote the introductory essay.

Following Westing, we were asked to design a poster for artist Mary Anne Arntzen’s show, See Through. Lou was once again willing to mix five inks for this job, which featured two overlapping rainbow rolls (thanks, Lou).
